The short version

Who you're dealing with

These terms are an agreement between you and RoadSkyReady, operating Road Sky Ready. Contact: info@roadskyready.ca.

Not affiliated

Road Sky Ready is an independent study tool. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Transport Canada, NAV CANADA, any provincial licensing authority, Transport Canada Marine Safety, any railway, or any certification body. Practice questions are original study material, not actual exam questions. Always confirm current rules in official sources such as the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs), the TC AIM and Transport Canada study guides. "licensing" is used only to describe the exam our material helps you study for.

Study help, not a guarantee

We work to keep questions accurate, but codes, standards and provincial rules change. Always check your licence's current Occupational Standard, applicable codes and your instructor. Road Sky Ready isn't a substitute for formal training, safe work procedures or manufacturer instructions. If you spot a mistake, use “Report a problem” under the question.

Accounts

You must give accurate information and keep your password safe. Accounts are for one person. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Acceptable use

Don't copy or resell our question banks, scrape the site, try to break security, or upload or share real exam questions or other material you don't have the right to share. We may suspend accounts that do.

Our content

Our questions, explanations, design and software belong to RoadSkyReady. Government publications we cite remain the property of their owners (for example, Crown copyright).

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Road Sky Ready is provided "as is" and we aren't liable for indirect losses, including exam results. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law in your province.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

Changes

We'll post updated terms here and tell account holders about significant changes before they take effect.
